1. SMS Program
The Pinnacle Legal Collective, P.C. (the "Firm," “we,” “us,” "or" “our”) offers text messaging as a method of communicating with prospective clients, clients, and other individuals who elect to receive text messages from us.
The Firm's text messaging program may include both service-related communications and, where separately authorized, marketing communications.
2. Service-Related Text Messages
If you consent to receive service-related text messages, the Firm may send you messages concerning your inquiry, consultation requests, appointments, scheduling, requested legal services, client matters, document requests, billing or administrative matters, reminders, status updates, and other communications relating to services you have requested from the Firm.
Consent to receive service-related text messages does not constitute consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages.
3. Marketing and Promotional Text Messages
If you separately consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages, the Firm may send you messages concerning Firm news, newsletters, legal updates, educational information, events, information about legal services, and other marketing or promotional communications.
Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is voluntary and is separate from consent to receive service-related text messages.
4. Consent to Receive Text Messages
By affirmatively opting in to a Firm text messaging program, you authorize The Pinnacle Legal Collective, P.C. to send SMS or MMS text messages to the mobile telephone number you provide for the purposes described in the applicable consent disclosure.
Your consent applies to the telephone number you provide and to the category of messages for which you provide consent.
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile telephone number provided or are otherwise authorized to consent to receive text messages at that number.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or obtaining legal services from the Firm.
You may decline SMS communications and communicate with the Firm through other available methods.
5. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary.
The number and frequency of service-related messages may depend on your interactions with the Firm, the nature of your inquiry or legal matter, appointments, deadlines, requested services, and other circumstances.
The frequency of marketing messages may vary based on the communications for which you have subscribed.
6. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier's standard messaging, data, and other charges may apply to messages sent or received in connection with the Firm's text messaging program.
The Firm does not charge a separate fee for participating in its text messaging program.
7. Opting Out
You may withdraw your consent to receive text messages at any time.
Reply STOP to opt out.
After you submit an opt-out request, you may receive a one-time text message confirming your request. The Firm will thereafter discontinue text messages covered by your opt-out request except as permitted by applicable law or if you subsequently provide new consent.

13. Your Mobile Number
You are responsible for providing an accurate mobile telephone number and for notifying the Firm if your number changes or is no longer under your control.
